Applicant-Sponsored Neighborhood Meeting GUESS ROAD ANNEXATION AND CONSERVATION SUBDIVISION – April 25, 2022 Morningstar Law Group, representing the applicant Ashton Woods, is conducting a virtual neighborhood meeting on Monday, April 25, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the potential annexation and development of a conservation subdivision upon four parcels located on the west side of Guess Road south of its intersection with Bramble Drive containing approximately 90 acres and having Durham County Parcel Identification Numbers 185113, 184074, 185112, & 184075. The property is currently zoned Residential Rural (RR). The applicant is not pursuing rezoning at this time.
